Our company
We are Digital Power Solutions and we love what we do. We have an office in Sheridan Wyoming, but are all co-located all over, from Fort Lauderdale Florida to Upstate New York to Reno Nevada .
Solving the puzzles and concocting formulas that drive downstream value for our dealer and OEM customer families are what fuels our working souls.
Mission
Yesterday: Take a fledgling, bootstrapped software idea and prove it works, prove it's valuable for businesses, and stake our claim as a solid provider of value.
Tomorrow: By pursuing a deep understanding of how to serve our U.S. and Canadian dealers well, we aspire to be the most trusted source of conversion services for our dealership customers.

Steve Moore founds Digital Power Sports and hires Chris Purser to develop ultra lean TRADE CYCLE V1 for PowerSports dealersSummer 2017First 2 years
Ride-It-Now Payments tool and the RV Vertical is added to our arsenal. DPS has hired 6 more staff. Sales, Marketing, Support and DevOps are born. 150 dealers is surpassed. TRADE CYCLE is proven. V2 is conceptualized.By mid 2020Hitting stride
All dealers migrated to the Solutions Platform where TRADE CYCLE V2 is blazing a trail. Staff grows to 10 people with additional sales and support members joining the team. Dealer count passes 300.Fall 2022The Long Haul
Staying strong to help our dealers navigate the global pandemic were some of our finest hours. We lowered prices while expanding into the Marine vertical, passed 450 dealers AND secured 2 OEMs and a megacorp.Early 2024The Big Shakeup
Chris Purser and Nick Smith buy out Founder Steve Moore (so he can pursue other passions) and bring in new blood, securing the next generation of conversion customers, OEMs and Reseller Partners.Early 2025It's a New Day
Brand new TradeCycle platform gets its wings. MotoHunt partnership sets the PowerSports vertical on fire. Ecosystem expands to include over a dozen new alignment partners. New products, new talent, new leadership. DPS is on fire!

Nick Smith
CIO | CTO | Partner
Nick leads our IT group as Chief Information Officer. He brings over 20 years of experience in managing information systems in Pharmaceutical, Print, Insurance, and Software Development. His certifications include: MCSE, MCITP and CCNA.

Holly has a 10 year history as a LEO and dedicated mother before starting her decade plus of expertise in digital marketing. In her role at Digital Power Solutions, she handles website maintenance, client relations, and all our graphic design needs.
Jeannie Cintron

Jeannie is Meta Digital Marketing and Social Media certified and has been running her own Digital Footprint Company for many years, and has joined the team to take DPS to the next level.

After nearly a decade at the helm of Digital Power Solutions (DPS), Steve Moore, the visionary founder and CEO, has announced his decision to exit the business to pursue other passions and dreams , effective September [date], 2024. Steve's leadership has brought DPS to the forefront of the powersports, RV, and marine industries and his successful exit marks a new chapter for both him and the company.
